Hosted at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club on January 11, 2025. Participants will learn to create a safe, fun and positive learning environment for kids.
Participants will learn how to create an environment in which youth will have a positive learning experience while gaining basic curling skills. This one-day course is ideal for parents and volunteers involved in club-based junior curling programs. Youth as young as 14 years of age may register for this course. At this course you will learn about: Running junior programs, making ethical decisions, emergency action plans, volunteer recruitment and recognition, basic technique, games, skills, and activities.

Minimum Age Policy To be eligible to be listed on the NCCP database a coach must be 16 years of age.
REFUND POLICY: a cancellation fee of $25 will be incurred for withdrawals after the registration closes. Cancellations before registration closes will be fully reimbursed.
