Girls Rock - Try Curling

Be active, be social, and have fun!

Girls aged 9-16 are invited to bring your bestie and try curling, Have fun "throwing rocks" during this female-led, female-participant, curling experience.

Date: Saturday February 15th, 2025
Time: 10:00 am - 2:00pm
Coaching: Will be provided by Grand Forks Curling Club and Curl BC.
Equipment: We will provide sliders and throwing sticks for all participants.
Girls Rock T-Shirt: Each participant will receive a Girls Rock T-Shirt (Youth XS ~ 2-4, Youth Small ~ 6-8, Youth Medium ~ 10-12, Youth Large ~ 14-16).

What to wear/bring Please dress warmly with layers and comfortable clothing to adjust to the temperature in the ice area and for delivering curling rocks. Please bring a clean pair of running shoes to wear out on the ice. All participants under the age of 12 must bring and wear a helmet while on the ice.
